Professor Kingsley Moghalu, the presidential aspirant for the Young Progressive Party (YPP) and former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), will speak at the Nation Builders Initiative Seminar, which will be held on Thursday, 2 August, 2018 at the Julius Berger Hall, University of Lagos.

Themed ‘The Nexus between Youth Civic Participation and National Development’, the event is part of the aspirant’s promise to engage Nigerians through his ‘To Build a Nation campaign’ –  seeking to sensitize and engage Nigerians across the nation on important issues and his plans for the country.

Speaking on the 2019 elections, Moghalu has reiterated that Nigerians will have to “make a choice between poverty and prosperity; between stability and lack of cohesion; between security and insecurity, and have the full power to unseat the leaders they feel have failed in the discharge of their duties”, as he charged all Lagos residents to join the conversation at the event in order to air their views.

On his recent visit to Kaduna State, Moghalu also said that he will be looking forward to President Buhari’s congratulatory call to him as President-elect in 2019, as he emphasized that there have been thousands of preventable job losses across the country in the past three years.
